I know for sure : The pure joy of eating well is worth savoring.
I was eating slice of peach that there was no words to adequately describe this delicious one. So I saved the last two bites to share with Stedman.
So that small thing got of appreciation.

Ophra gave a lot of gifts to people. Homes, cars, trips... But the best gift anyone can give, I belive, is the gift of themselves.

She gave to someone else, in the same way that someone had given to me.

We belive and practice and reinforce is that getting older means getting uglier.
We worried abot " I had a great fear, as I grew older, that I would not be valed anymore."
Our experiences can keep teaching us about ourselves.

친구들과 즐거운 수다를 나누는것
Being shre chatting with my friends

예쁜 카페에서 혼자서 책을 읽거나 멍때리는것
Reading books and sitting alone with no thinking in the pretty cafe.

좋아 하는 노래를 100번쯤 들어도 질리지 않는것.
Listening to my favorite song 100 times and never getting tired of it.

시간 가는줄 모르고 기타 연습할때.
When I practice the guitar without realizing the passage of time.

오늘 처럼 훌쩍 여행 다녀오는것
Going on a trip like today!


내가 감정적으로나 영적으로 내 경력의 그 단계를 마무리할 준비가 되어 있지 않다는 것이 분명했고 마침내 다음 장을 준비할 준비가 되었을 때 나는 은혜와 감사뿐인 후회 없이 앞으로 나아갔습니다.
somehow it was clear that I was neuther emotionally nor spiritually prepared to bring that phase of my career to a close.

When I finally was ready for the next chapter, I moved forward with no regrets- only grace and gratitude.

possibility 가능성


나이가 들어감에 따라 내 인생에서 기회와 시도들이 줄어들고 안돼!!라고 말하는 빌런 들의 말들이 더 강하게 와 닿는요즘에 "가능성" 이라는 단어를 던져 준다. 오프라 언니가 된다고 하지 않는가 ? 힘이 좀 나는것 같지 않은가?

What I for sure:you are built not to shrink down to less but to blossom into more. To be more splendid. To be more extraordinary. To use every moment to fill yourself up.
내가 확신하는 것:당신은 덜 줄어들지 않고 더 많이 피어나도록 만들어졌습니다.더 화려하게. 더 특별하기 위해. 매 순간을 자신을 채우는 데 사용합니다.


두려움은 당신의 인생을 강탈 할수도 있다.그렇기 때문에 앞길이 아무리 험난해 보여도 불안을 이겨내고 계속 걸어가겠다고 결심해야 한다.
당신을 반대하는 사람들은 만족을 모른다. 숨든 빛나든더 당신을 위협할 것이다.
What I know for sure is this : Whatever you fear most has no power- it is your fear that has the power. You fear can rob you of your life. That's why you must decide that no matter how difficult the path ahead seems, you will push past your anxiety and keep on stepping. Live without fear- and to keep reaching for your best life.

The trurh is that the naysayers in your life can never be fully satisfied. Whether you hide or shine, they'll always feel threatened .What I for sure: To be more splendid. To be more extraordinary. To use every moment to fill yourself up.
