-알고 보니 미란다가 가장 상처가 많은 아이였군요. 어기를 가슴으로 안아 줄 수 있었던 것도 자신도 아픔이 있어서였나 봐요. -

Miranda

Miranda knows that after her mother and father divorced, her mother is busy with work and her father is busy with her stepmother and younger brother, so she doesn't have time to take care of herself. I went to a summer camp I didn't want to go to there.
In camp, She lied as if she was Via and she even told her sister with a facial deformity, but she was rather surprised that she became her popular because of it.

미란다는 엄마 아빠가 이혼후 엄마는 일로 바쁘시고 아빠는 새엄마와 어린 남동생 때문에 바빠 자신을 돌볼 시간이 없는 걸 알아요. 가기 싫은 여름 캠프를 갔을 때 자신이 비아인 것처럼 거짓말을 했는데 얼굴기형의 동생까지 말했는데도 오히려 그것 때문에 인기가 있어져서 놀랐어요.

After I came back home I did not want to call the Via . I played with Ella and we didn't just play together naturally.
And on the day of the performance, I said I was ill, and I was delighted to see Via, who is my understudy, going up and receiving a lot of applause. And After being invited to dinner, we became friends again.

집으로 돌아온후 나는 비아에게 전화하고 싶지 않았다. 나는 엘라와 놀았고 우리는 그냥 멀어졌어요.

어느 날 비아와의 우정이 그리워 전화를 했는데 어기와 통화했고 비아가 그립다고 말했다. 그리고 공연 날 나는 아프다고 했고 대역인 비아가 올라가 큰 박수를 받는 것을 흐뭇하게 지켜봤어요. 그런 후 저녁 초대를 받고 다시 친구가 되었어요.

Every year in spring , the fifth graders of Beecher Prep go away for three days and two night to a place called the Broarwood.


매년 봄이면 Beecher Prep의 5학년 학생들은 2박 3일 동안 Broarwood라는 곳으로 갑니다.

I've never done a sleepover, except when my mom and dad came to pick me up because I cried while sleeping at Christopher's house when I was eight.

After having fun at the campsite, I went to the forest during movie time on the second evening and was bullied by a 7th grader. Then Jack and I fight with them , Miles and Henry and Amos in the woods, also helped Auggie fight the 7th graders. Blood and clothes were torn, but the 7th graders ran away. The children comforted me when my hearing aid was gone and I cried. It was dark, so I returned to the camp, and the teachers treated me and asked me what to do.

나는 여덟살때 크리스토퍼 집에서 슬립 오버하다가 울어서 엄마 아빠가 데리러 온 걸 제외하면 나는 슬립오버도 해 본 적이 없어요.
캠핑에서 재미있게 놀다가 둘째날 저녁 영화 보는 시간에 숲으로 갔다가 7학년에게 시달림을 받았어요. 그때 어기와 잭 , 숲에 있던 Miles, Henry와 Amos 도 어기를 도와 7학년들과 싸웠다. 피도 나고 옷도 찢어졌지만 7학년들이 도망갔어요. 보청기가 없어져 내가 울었을 때 아이들이 날 달래 주었어요. 어두워서 캠프로 돌아왔고 선생님들이 치료하고 자초지종을 물었어요.

When I got home, I talked to my mother in detail, and she told me that there are more good people in the world than bad people, and that good people need to take care of each other.
and the cutest little puppy. BEAR, became our family.


집에 돌아와 엄마에게 자세하게 이야기 했고 엄마는 세상에는 좋은 사람들이 나쁜 사람보다 많고 좋은 사람들이 서로 돌보며 살아야 한다고 말해 주셨어요.
그리고 가장 귀여운 강아지. BEAR, 가 우리 가족이 되었다.

Mr. Tushmandms said Edward who to bully me , probably go to juvie court and they'll learn a lesson that way. And Julian is not coming back to this school. and Mr. Tushman changed his pumpkinportrait into my duck portrait. I explained about the duckling that turn into a swan.

Mr. Tushman는 저를 괴롭힌 에드워드는 아마 소년원에 가서 그런 식으로 교훈을 얻을 것이라고 말했습니다. 그리고 Julian은 이 학교로 돌아오지 않습니다.
그리고 Tushman은 자신의 호박 초상화를 내 오리 초상화로 바꿨습니다. 나는 백조로 변하는 오리 새끼에 대해 말했어요.

And I got award the Henry Ward Beecher medal at the graduation ceremony.
I'm just me. An ordinary kid.
그리고 졸업식에서 Henry Ward Beecher 메달을 받았습니다.
나는 그냥 나일 뿐입니다. 평범한 한 아이.
